A: Dark spots form from excess melanin production, often triggered by factors such as acne, inflammation, aging, or sun exposure, which can result in an uneven skin tone. Types include dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and sun spots, and it is important to note that without proper sun protection, these can worsen.
A: Post-acne pigmentation, commonly known as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), results from the inflammation that triggers an excess production of melanin. This pigmentation can, unfortunately, persist even after the acne has healed.
A: Post-acne pigmentation (PIH) can be treated effectively with our Everlasting Clean and Brightening Ampoule. In contrast, acne scars are structural issues that occur during the skin's healing process and typically require consultation with a skilled dermatologist for appropriate treatment.
A:No, our Everlasting Clean and Brightening Ampoule cannot replace sunscreen. We strongly recommend using sunscreen during the day for optimal protection of your skin.
A: Always apply sunscreen, even on cloudy days, and reapply every two hours or after extended sun exposure for the best results.
A: Yes, Alplish products are appropriate for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and are especially beneficial for those concerned with pigmentation, dullness, or fine lines.
A: Hormonal changes can indeed increase skin pigmentation.
Birth control pills may stimulate melanocytes due to their hormone content, potentially leading to increased melasma or dark spots.
A: Results can vary by individual and the type of pigmentation you may experience. Visible improvements may begin within 2 weeks, with full results often seen within 4-6 weeks as skin cells naturally renew approximately every 28 days. Please be assured that Alplish products are designed to continue enhancing your skin over time.
A: We understand that skin reactions to cosmetics can occur if certain ingredients in a product do not suit your skin, and we wish to assure you that this is not typically considered a quality issue. Additionally, discomfort may arise due to changes in your body's rhythm, seasonal factors, or various external conditions. If you suspect a reaction to a cosmetic product, we strongly advise you to stop using it immediately and consult with your dermatologist.
SHIPPING
A: Please note that our shipping, return, exchange, and refund policies apply only to products purchased within South Korea. For overseas purchases, separate customer support is required, so we kindly ask you to CONTACT US for assistance.
A: For domestic shipments, if you place your order before 2 PM on a weekday, it will be shipped the same day; orders placed after that will be shipped the following day. Typically, it takes 2-3 weekdays from the order date, though some areas, such as remote mountainous regions, may require a longer shipping time. Please also note that shipping and delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes on weekends, holidays, special holiday seasons, and during sales events.
For international deliveries, your order will be shipped within 48 hours.
A: For domestic shipments: products are shipped via CJ Logistics Courier, and for international deliveries, we utilize K-Packet.
A: If your actual payment amount (after discounts) is over 30,000 KRW, shipping is complimentary. For total payment amounts under 30,000 KRW, a shipping fee of 4,000 KRW will be charged.
Please note that shipping costs will apply for deliveries outside of Korea, and the exact amount will be calculated based on your order address.
International Shipping Costs: Shipping to the US and China is 30,000 KRW per product.
A: If you provide a new shipping address through CONTACT US before 2 PM on the same day you place your order, we can assist with the change if it hasn't been confirmed for shipping. We kindly ask for your understanding that changes cannot be made after shipping confirmation.
A: You can check the shipping status of your order under [My Account - Order - Track Shipment].
A: Orders that have been paid can only be canceled before the logistics cut-off at 2 PM on weekdays via CONTACT US. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that orders that have already been shipped or placed after 2 PM cannot be canceled.
A: First, please confirm the delivery status with the courier staff. If the delivery driver confirms the order was delivered but you have not received the product, please CONTACT US.
A: Answer: Alplish currently ships to South Korea, the United States, and Mainland China. We are dedicated to providing reliable delivery and appreciate your understanding as we work towards expanding to more international locations in the future.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

When Returns/Exchanges Are Possible: You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it if:
You changed your mind.
You made an accidental purchase.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in these cases.
Conditions for Return:
Products must be unopened and undamaged.
If the package is opened or damaged and affects the product's value, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
A return shipping fee of 4,000–8,000 KRW may apply depending on the reason for the return.
If you received free shipping, the round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you paid for shipping, a one-way shipping cost will be deducted.
Any free gifts or promotional items must also be returned with the product.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our Alplish Contact Us page for confirmation and pickup.
When Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted:
If the product is lost or damaged due to your own handling (except when initially opening to check the product).
If the product was used or partially consumed, reducing its value.
If the original packaging is damaged or the product has been opened.
If your package was shipped outside of Korea, we kindly ask you to contact us through our Alplish Contact Us page for assistance with returns or exchanges.
A: Return shipping is complimentary for defective products or incorrect deliveries. However, if the return is due to a customer's change of mind, the round-trip shipping cost will be your responsibility, so we kindly ask you to decide carefully.
A: Should your product arrive damaged, please take a photo or video upon delivery and send to alplish@alplish.com immediately so we can assist you.
A: Returns must be processed through CONTACT US for collection. Any returns made outside of the registration through CONTACT US may not be eligible for a refund.
A: Exchanges can be processed for the same product in cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries. However, if you do not like the product or if it's due to a change of mind, you will need to return it and repurchase. If you wish to exchange due to defective products or incorrect deliveries, please contact us through CONTACT US.
A: The refund processing time varies depending on your chosen payment method:
1. Card payment: It typically takes about 3-7 business days from the cancellation/return completion date, varying by the card issuer.
2. Bank transfer/real-time account transfer: Refunds usually take about 2-3 business days from the cancellation (refund processing) or return completion date.
3. Mobile payment: If canceled on the day of payment, the amount will be reflected in your mobile payment. Refunds for cancellations from the following month will be made to the account you provide (for account refunds, it takes about 2-3 business days after registration).
4. Discount coupons: If canceled or registered as a return, the coupon can be restored within its usage period; please note that it will not be restored after its expiration date.
