Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
If you want to return an item, you can only do so if the item is in the same condition as when you received it, the item has not been used/worn, and the tags and original packaging are intact. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is authorized, we'll send you a shipping label for your return with instructions on how to return it and where to send the package. If you return the item first without requesting a return, your return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
When you receive your order, please check the merchandise immediately. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some product types are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom products (made-to-order, personalized goods), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, etc. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about specific items.
Discounted items or gift cards are also not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you received and purchase a new one after your return is accepted.
European Union's 14-day Contract Withdrawal Period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, then you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, even if you don't have a good reason. As described above, the returned goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused/unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact, and you must have your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we'll let you know if your return has been authorized. If it's authorized, then a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post your refund.
